On May 9, 2025, we filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, captioned Morano v. Redfin Corporation, et al., Case No. 2:25-cv-00883-JHC, on behalf of a class (“Class”) of individuals and entities holding the common stock of Redfin Corporation (NASDAQ: RDFN) (“Redfin”) as of the close of business on April 22, 2025 (“Class Period”), asserting claims under Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, in connection with the proposed merger of Redfin with Rocket Companies, Inc. (“Rocket”), pursuant to which Redfin shareholders will receive 0.7926 shares of Rocket Class A common stock for each share of Redfin common stock that they currently own.
Redfin investors are hereby notified that not later than 60 days after the date of this notice, any member of the purported Class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff of the purported Class in this class action lawsuit.
