On April 9, 2013, Bloomberg TV interviewed partner Ethan Wohl concerning the class action lawsuit commenced by the Firm on behalf of current and former employees of Zynga against members of the company’s Board for breach of fiduciary duty in connection with discriminatory waivers of lockup provisions that allowed Mark Pincus, the company’s CEO, and other board members, to unload shares at significantly higher prices in a secondary offering following Zynga’s IPO — an opportunity denied to other employees.
